Had incredible stay for 3 nights with accommodating staff and wonderful location by the natural park ... 30min by walk the chamarel waterfall. Location: the hotel was just off restaurant and younger housekeeping, and several attractions including waterfalls. Visited Seven Colored Earth, one of the tourist spots, located at a medium distance from the venue.

Despite the somewhat charming location, the insects in my room completely ruined the ambiance. The lack of basic hospitality, like providing a bell boy, was shocking. It's only logical to expect complimentary upgrades when faced with unclean rooms. Honestly, i almost wrote a glowing review, but i just couldn't let those oversights slide!

Couple looking for a relaxing retreat

The serenity of the location was amazing,, and at times, I really had to pinch myself to see if I was waking up in a dream. The restaurant staff were really nice by organizing a special romantic setup for our last night, lovely.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly it was still acceptable considering the overall experience.

Fine views, but food needs help

The view was fine from our suite, seriously one of the best ever! Watching the sunset while chilling on the balcony was pure bliss. The chalets were cozy too. One bummer tho, the food was just okay and really could use some upgrade. Plus, don't forget to pack warm clothes. It gets chilly at night!

The fine sea view was refreshing, but the dirty bedding was disappointing.

We loved exploring outdoor activities like ziplining, a thrill for the whole family! The fine sea view from our chalet added to the joy, and it was heartwarming to have our son's autism support dog feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

The spacious chalets were decorated with such charm, it reminded me of a cozy nest amidst the trees, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The accessible paths made morning strolls easy, showcasing the amazing views all around.

More comfortable lounge chairs near the pool would help.

Stunning views and delicious fresh meals made our stay unforgettable. the road to reach here was a bit challenging. I’d definitely choose to come back!

The views from the chalet were amazing. The cozy chalets provided a comfortable retreat after exploring the surroundings. Sachin's attentive service at the restaurant stood out. We particularly enjoyed the magnificent sea view from our suite, which enhanced our relaxation experience.
